Returns Policy

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge. A *Call Tag will be sent and a decision will be made after the defect is inspected by Space Age Plastics, Inc. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF PRODUCT.

For merchandise returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, A claim must be made within 10 days of customer receipt. All returns must be authorized by SPACE AGE PLASTICS, INC. CUSTOMER SERVICE. After inspection a credit will be issued. Please have your invoice number available.
*** A 15% re-stocking charge is applied to all returns of products that are not damaged or defective.

Shipping Damages: Call manufacturer for instructions within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from receipt of product.

*A Call Tag is a return shipment back to the manufacturer paid by the manufacturer.
